• Online Packages are promotional packages and cannot be clubbed with any other offers.

• Guest can choose any activities or engagement on-site as per selected online packages for single usage only.

• Packages and it’s respective inclusions cannot be exchanged and also non-transferable.

• Kindly refer inclusions section to know about the inclusion of Tickets & Packages.

• Group Packages are subject to availability with prior confirmation, at least 7 days in advance with complete payment confirmation.

• Package Price will be charged for billing for Group Package based on specified category. For additional Pax rate shall be applicable as specified above in respective category.

• Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.

• An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment.

• We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry.

• It is mandatory to wear masks at all times and follow social distancing norms.

• Please do not purchase tickets if you feel sick.

• Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.

• Taxes shall be applicable as per Govt Norms.

• Add on will be charged additional.

• Other consumables and Beverages are on additional price basis.

• To utilise the packages inclusions benefits, please collect your vouchers from Help Desk on your arrival.

• Engagement pack rules are applicable for all games & activities.

• Accommodation Rules applied.

• Applicable Age / Weight / Height / Rules information displayed on site / provided by instructors are to be adhered by the guests for participation in any games or activities.

• Payments against activities & packages will be done prior to the participation.

• Prices mentioned `Individual / 1 Pax / 1 Kid` are per person basis and cannot be shared.

• Outside Food / Snacks / Beverages are not allowed at the venue.

• DJ Music / Ambiance Music is allowed during the event. In case of resident guest complaint, music /sound will be turned off anytime post 10pm or time specified in the above proposal.

• Kids below 6 years complimentary entry to the venue.

• Rights of admission reserved.

• Under circumstances of unsuitable weather conditions if any activity can't be performed. Management will provide alternative activity option or alternative date /time slot as a solution.

• These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organiser.

Important Information

Day-Out Picnic Program

We are open 365 Days from 9am to 9pm.

*We believe in our guest satisfaction. Hence, on special request, group bookings or pre booked events, we can operate from 6am onwards till midnight.

Stay at Grand Oasis Aravali Resort

We appreciate a week prior booking for our gust comfort, to avoid inconvenience to our guest sometimes due to seasonal rush. However, at least day prior reservation is required. Checkin timing 2pm and Check-Out timing 12 noon.
